Traditionally built house with it’s thick natural-stone walls and authentic features has two floors. The ground floor and the first floor are connected by two stone outdoor stairways, one in the front garden, and another in the back garden. The ground floor with wood ceiling and thick stone interior walls consists of five rooms which where used as utility rooms (stall, storage…). In one of them there is old original stone press for olive oil. The upper level is used as living area and it consist of reception room, three smaller rooms and the room where the kitchen used to be. The reception room opens to large terrace (approx. 30 m2). Covered with grape plant on steel trellis (pergola), which create beautiful shade in the summer, it offers stunning panoramic view of Herceg Novi riviera and Bay of Kotor. Terrace has partly old stone flooring. It is surrounded by stone benches (local name: pizuli).

 

It is semi-detached house and both houses are owned by same owner with valid and regular title on property. Attached house is already renovated and the owner attends to keep it in his ownership.
